Return or Exchange of Christmas Gifts 
For all orders placed between November 15 and December 19, 2024, we offer an extended return and exchange deadline until January 31. This allows you to order Christmas gifts well in advance without worrying about the standard 30-day return and exchange policy, in case the gift doesn’t fit.

For UK based customers, please note that we always deliver your order as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning you will not encounter extra charges after placing your order, ensuring an easy order experience for you as our customer.
You will only be charged additional shipping and return fees according to the details listed above, depending on your order amount.

If you wish to return your order, we will always deduct the return fee listed above from your refund.

Return of products from UK via our return label

We always include a return label for your order. The return label is pre-booked and contains customs clearance details on the products you wish to return.
It is very important that you use this return label provided, as this will ensure you are not charged any customs fees, as well as ensuring a swift return procedure of the parcel.

If you decide to return the order through a courier of your own choice, despite our guidance above, you are responsible for any customs charges, and you will be responsible for the products returned during the period of returning the package to us.

Order requests from countries outside of our standard markets

If you do not live in one of the markets listed above, you are always welcome to contact us with an order request on e-mail info@laksen-sporting.com, or call us on phone +45 87 42 10 11 to learn more about how to order. Please let us know your full address, phone and e-mail, as well as the specific products you would like to order, and we will check if we are able to receive your order.

We are working on opening up more markets, but order requests from other markets than listed below will be dealt with individually and on request. Adjusted terms and conditions may apply.

Delivery & Shipping Costs

The expected delivery time for your order depends on your country of delivery.
Please find expected delivery times in the section “countries we deliver to” above.

You will be able to select your preferred delivery method and courier during checkout, based on the delivery methods and options we provide during your checkout.
Depending on your country of delivery, we will ship your order with couriers;

- UPS
Shipping and return fees will vary depending on your country of delivery and are always calculated based on the total order amount. Please find our shipping rates in the “countries we deliver to” section above.

Please note that when returning product(s), we always deduct a return shipping fee from your refund, according to our terms in the "Returns & Right of Withdrawal" section.

Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive information about your shipment, tracking number, etc., from the courier you have selected, allowing you to track your package from our warehouse to your delivery point provided. If you do not receive information about your delivery within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@laksen-sporting.com, and we will help you out.
(Please note that we do not expedite orders between Friday 2:00pm until Monday 9:00am.)


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day full return policy on items purchased through the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
This 30-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
We always include a return label for returning your order.
We charge a return shipping fee for using the return label, regardless of the reason for the return shipment.
Any return shipping costs incurred by booking return freight yourself are always borne by the buyer. If the buyer chooses to return an item in a way other than using the return label we provided, the buyer is also responsible for the return shipment during transit, including any surcharges or risks.
Requests to withdraw from the purchase must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal should be sent via email to info@laksen-sporting.com .
In the message, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This is done by correctly completing the return form we have included.


Condition of Goods Upon Return

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product due to improper handling or misuse beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. This means that you can try the product the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the product is used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive a partial refund or no refund at all. It is up to Morehouse A/S to assess the condition of the product.


Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Morehouse A/S via email at info@laksen-sporting.com within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of complaints, we always refund reasonable shipping and return costs.
The warranty does not cover obvious improper or unusual handling of the product.
