DELIVERY, EXCHANGE, RETURNS & WARRANTY – OUR POLICY

We want to make it as simple as possible for you to exchange or return a product.

OUR TERMS - DOWN TO THE BONE

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We offer a 30-day period to exchange products.
– Effectuated from the day you received your product(s).
– Your rights for exchange of products and refunds expire after the 30 day period.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We charge a standard return shipping fee of €10 for any products that are returned without exchange to a new size or product. The €10 return shipping fee will be charged automatically on your refund.

FAQ: ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

All Laksen Sporting products are intended for use in nature, as we wish to protect nature best possible. Our passion for nature is deeply rooted in our philosophy of respecting and caring for the environment. As so, our ambition is to reduce the environmental footprint from shipping packages back and forth as much as possible. Therefore, our policy is quite simple and unambiguous:
– We will always accept taking back a product the consumer has mistakenly ordered, but we do not want to encourage consumers deliberately to:

  • Add extra products to their basket only to redeem free shipping, or
  • Order additional products, well knowing they will only keep one product and return the rest.

We always wish to provide the best service possible, but we also believe that both ourselves and our consumers have a shared responsibility towards limiting any unnecessary shipments.

For the sake of the environment, we therefore encourage our consumers to shop with respect for the nature, when they buy goods online from Laksen Sporting.

To limit any unnecessary shipments, we therefore always charge a standard return shipment fee of €10.
This policy is implemented solely to encourage consumers to shop carefully and sustainable online. We hope for your shared understanding in this interest.

To assist your shopping experience on our website, we have put a lot of effort into describing our products, the materials used, the fits and sizes. You’ll be able to find a size guide on any products. Should you feel in doubt, please either:

  • Find and try out your desired product at one of our local Laksen Sporting dealers
  • Or contact our Customer Service Department, to help us guide you selecting the correct product for your needs. We are always ready to assist you within our normal opening hours.

Please note that all deliveries to the United Kingdom will be carried out by our shipping courier DHL.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM

Please note that we do not offer a return shipment label for UK customers enclosed in your delivered order. Therefore, to return product(s), you must always contact us at info@laksen-sporting.com, in order to return any products from your order.

To succesfully return your products, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following order and product details:

  • Your order number: #XXXXX
  • Your full name
  • The article no. of the product(s) you wish to return
  • The cause of return or exchange.


Once we receive these mandatory details on your return package, we will then create a return shipment label for your order, which will then be sent to the e-mail provided on your order.

We kindly ask you to also help us out by filling in the Return Formular enclosed in the package we delivered.

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

If you wish to exchange products, you must always place a new order with the product(s) you wish to re-order. We will process your new order as quickly as possible.

UNNOTICED RETURNS

If you decide to return your order unnoticed, you will be fully responsible for any additional fees and customs duties, as the return shipment must be processed and created via our systems to go through UK customs safely.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Please also note that we always charge a standard Return Shipping Fee of £25 on all orders returned to us, as we have a Sustainable Shipping Policy (please read it above).

REFUNDS

We will process your refund as quickly as we possibly can. However, we kindly ask for your patience if you request a refund for your order. Due to the procedure of handling your returned package, shipping days and bank transfer days, we expect to complete refunds within 10-15 days after your order has been returned. Please note that we will not initiate your refund before your returned products has been received here at Laksen Sporting.

We always offer to exchange a product to an adjusted size or product. We offer a 30-day period for exchanging products, effectuated from the day you received your product(s). An exchange of products is performed in two steps:

STEP 1: PLACE A NEW ORDER TO EXCHANGE PRODUCT(S)

To exchange product(s), you must enter a new order with the wanted products on our webshop. We will ship your new order as quickly as possible.
We will always pay the shipping fee on a replacement order for you when the new exchange order is placed in our system.

STEP 2: STANDARD RETURN SHIPMENT FEE ON EXCHANGES

As standard, when exchanging a product on our website, we always charge a return shipping fee on the returned order. We do so, no matter if the initial order is above or below the free shipping limit.

Once we have received and handled your returned shipment, you will receive an e-mail notice regarding your exchange or refund. The refund of your returned product(s) will happen as quickly as possible once we have received the returned products.

If you wish to return a product without exchange to a new product or size, and have your money refunded, we ask you kindly to please read our Sustainable Shipping Policy above first.

As standard, you have 30 days to return your order, beginning from the date you received your order. Your right to return products expires after the 30-day period.
If you wish to return an order, you are always held accountable for paying the return shipment fee.
The return shipment fee of will be charged from the refund you will receive.
We always strive to complete your refund as quickly as possible.

If you want to return or exchange a product, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes the product must be clean, unused, unwashed, and with the original labels and tags attached.
Stickers and shipment-labels must never be put directly on the product if you wish to return a product.

GUIDELINE FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT:
  1.  Pack the product responsibly – we encourage you to re-use the packaging you received the product in.
  2.  Fill out the returns formular and enclose it in the package you wish to return.
  3.  Attach the return-label we sent you along with your products. The return-label must be placed visibly on the exterior side or top of the package.
  4.  Hand-in the package at your local GLS Package shop.
  5.  You can always ask for a receipt for your returned shipment if you want documentation for having shipped the product. With GLS, you will also be handed a Track & Trace code for your package, when the package has been scanned into their shipping system.

– Please provide a description of the issue you are experiencing, along with an image of the damaged product. We always attempt to answer you as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact us by phone for a talk if needed as well.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are NOT responsible for taking care of warranty claims for Laksen Sporting products bought from one of our specialized Laksen Sporting dealers, or bought elsewhere. Such warranty claims must always be solved between you as buyer, and the selling part where you acquired your product from. We are always happy to assist and guide you in warranty claims on products bought from our retailers, should you have need for guidance.

We always encourage you to use the enclosed return label in your package. However, if you want to return your product through another shipping service, you are always responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee. We kindly ask you to send your package to:
