Morehouse A/S is the company behind the Laksen Sporting brand.

Payment

Morehouse A/S accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Norway – Krone (NOK)

Morehouse A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by anyone else from outside.

Morehouse A/S's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

Morehouse A/S ships items with the following shipping partner in Denmark: GLS – Pakkeshop.

Shipping is calculated based on the order's weight.

You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent "without home delivery" or "with home delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse and home to you.

Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day right of return is granted on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

This 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are borne by the buyer.

A request for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our hands no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

A request to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email INFO@Morehouse.nu. The notice must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item. This means that you may test the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that on cancellation of the purchase you will get a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Morehouse A/S to assess the condition of the item.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and manufacture.

Complaints regarding defects and shortcomings must be reported to Morehouse A/S within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint lapses in case of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.

Morehouse A/S covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
