All Laksen Sporting products are designed for use in the great outdoors — and we are committed to protecting it as best we can.

In line with our passion for nature and our philosophy of environmental responsibility, we aim to minimise the number of parcels being shipped back and forth. Therefore, our policy is clear and straightforward:
– We naturally accept returns from end consumers who wish to return items, but we do not wish to encourage consumers to deliberately:

• Add extra items to the basket simply to qualify for free shipping, or
• Order multiple products with the intention of keeping only one.

We are always happy to offer the best possible service, but we also believe that we all share a responsibility to reduce unnecessary shipping. Out of respect for the environment and nature, we therefore encourage our customers to shop thoughtfully when purchasing from Laksen Sporting.

To help reduce unnecessary shipments, we charge a standard return shipping fee of 49 DKK. This policy reflects our commitment to promoting more sustainable and ethical consumer behaviour — and we appreciate your understanding.

To assist you in making the right choice, we have taken great care to provide detailed descriptions of our products, materials, fits, and sizes, as well as a size guide on product pages. If you are still uncertain, you can either:

1) Find and try our products at one of our selected Laksen Sporting retailers, or

2) Contact our customer service prior to purchase to ensure you choose the right product the first time. We are always happy to assist you during regular business hours.

We always offer exchanges for another size or item. You have a 30-day exchange period starting from the day you receive your order. Exchanges are handled as follows:

1. EXCHANGE – PLACE A NEW ORDER

We always cover the shipping cost for your new order when you place an exchange order for the items you wish to replace.

1. RETURN SHIPPING FEE FOR EXCHANGES

When exchanging for another item or size, we charge a return shipping fee of 49 DKK on the order being returned. This applies regardless of whether the original order qualified for free shipping or not.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us regarding the exchange or refund of your order. The refund for your initial purchase will be issued as soon as possible after we have received the returned items.

If you wish to return an item without exchanging it for a new one or a different size, and would like a refund of the item’s value, please first read the section Returns with Care above.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return your order. After 30 days, your right of return expires.

When returning an order, you as the customer are always responsible for the cost of any return shipment.

As standard, we therefore deduct a fixed return fee of DKK 49.
The return fee will be deducted from your refund once we have received the item.

We always endeavour to refund your payment as quickly as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it.

This means the item must be clean, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Stickers or shipping labels must never be placed directly on the item when returning it.

GUIDE TO RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM

1. Pack the item securely – we encourage you to reuse the packaging in which you received the item.
2. Complete the enclosed return form and place it inside the parcel being returned.
3. Attach the enclosed GLS return label provided. Place it clearly on the outside of the parcel.
4. Hand in the parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop. (Find GLS parcel shops here)
5. Ask for a receipt for the return shipment if you require documentation. GLS will send Track & Trace details for your return shipment once the parcel has been handed in and scanned.

Should you, against our expectations, experience any issues with a product purchased from www.laksen-sporting.com, please contact us via email at info@laksen-sporting.com, providing a description of the issue along with a photo of the product and the fault in question. We aim to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. You are also welcome to contact us by phone.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do NOT handle claims for Laksen Sporting products purchased through our retailers. In such cases, please contact the retailer where the product was bought. However, we are always happy to assist and guide you on how to handle a claim for products purchased through our authorised retailers, if needed.

We encourage you to use the enclosed return label provided in your package.

If you prefer to return your parcel via another courier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
